Back on the market -- 2011 EggCamper $16000 obo

I have a 2011EggCamper I would like to sell. Everything works as new. We took it for a month out west this summer, about 6500 mi and had no problems except the two large dogs make it just a bit cozy. I am in the Toledo, OH area. All electric, MW, 12v Norcold refrigerator, heater, AC, shower, toilet, bimini canopy, water heater.

See https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?...1&l=61271371d7 for photos.
See https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?...1&l=01b397822c for the Egg in action.

Goto LIGHTWEIGHT FIBERGLASS TRAVEL TRAILER for specs. Note this unit has a 3" frame rail, which is about 50 lbs lighter than the standard Eggs. We averaged 15.6 mpg running about 55 - 62 mph from Portland, OR to Toledo pulling with a 2011 Toyota RAV 4, V6, 4WD. I generally travel with a full fresh water tank.

Asking $16,000 -- reasonable offers considered.

I checked our your photo link, Ramond, and that's a good looking camper!! Hope you get a buyer!

You also might try posting a few photos to this ad for those individuals who want 'instant photo gratification'

Raymond,
I live just a bit north of Detroit - will be nice if your camper meets our needs. There are just two: 1. it has to weigh 1500 lbs or less 2. It should have a toilet.

Does that work ?

The EggCamper site states 2000# weight, but you do have a toilet/shower combo.

Jim, it would be unlikely for any fiberglass egg other than a 13'er to weigh less than 1500 lbs. I hope you find something that works for you.

Your moniker has me curious. I know a Marge *and* Jim from Lake Orion. Any relation to you, or just coincidence?

I'm figuring that it will have to be a 13' and am hoping there will be one available. It was not a smart move to get the lowest-powered Escape; but I did it and now have to live with it.

We live about a half hour south of Lake Orion, know some people there but don't hang out there; and my wife is definitely Margi not Marge; but thanks for your interest.

The titled weight is 1822 lbs, max tongue weight is 350 lbs, and GVW is 2500 lbs. It does have a toilet, shower, sink, holds 16 gal of fresh water and has a 6 gal hot water tank.

The weight listed on the title is 1822 lbs. In Ohio a trailer must be weighed before it can be titled. The tongue weight is listed on the trailer itself. It is 350 lbs. Also, this camper has 3" frame rails as opposed to 4" rails on the regular units, hence the lighter tare weight. Jim Palmer had built this camper for himself -- we just happened to want one and this one was ready to go...
