SOLD SoCal 1978 Trillium 4500 and

Hi there,

It will soon be time to sell my trailer, (and truck too if interested.) The link shows both Zenfolio | Jennifer Blocker Photo | cellphone uploads | Photo 3

I've been living fulltime for nearly the last two years as a travel nurse stationed remotely.

I've used a window unit AC since I'm in the Mojave, (included and also pictured in last shot of album, have a new unit, used less than a month.) It kept the Trillium near arctic!) Since I have arthritis and could never light the furnace, I used an electric radiator, (plugged that directly into RV lot outlet, like the AC in summer.) The radiator kept it toasty when freezing out.

I didn't have a flush toilet but a port-a-potty set up with the name brand "pooh-powder" but I had access to showers and toilets.

Thanks! Jen
p.s. I am not able to log on often just now but will check back, also, you can message me through the site linked above too

It has done awesome out here Randy, really nice. Its dry and brutal out here in the Mojave but the Trillium withstood so well and held up great in the strong wind and dust/dirt-storms we got here.

It is bitter sweet to sell her but, depending on where I get stationed next, she might not be able to come with me. So bittersweet! I know I will always wish I still had her!!

Didn't notice that in your profile until you pointed that out..Great to hear you've enjoyed it so much...Hope you find someone who will enjoy it as much as you have, If I were closer might be interested in buying it back.. But I have way too many to work on right now...Enjoy... Randy

I enjoy tinkering with them, not really a rebuilder as such because I don't get in a hurry, sometimes I can totally redo one in 2 months and sometimes it takes two years... I had a motorcycle wreck in 2001 that broke my back in 3 places, that ended up totally changing my ability to work, ended up on disability.. I've always been very, very active but the broke back really put me on the couch a lot, began to gain weight so needed something to keep my butt off the couch but be able to rest when needed so I started redoing these little campers and really enjoy that a lot.. Over the years I've done probable 14 and sold around 20.. Some people want them as is to do themselves, I've got all I need right now and doubt I sell any for awhile I just like to line them up and look at them.....

Randy this is really something! that is an amazing amount of trailers I am sort of in the same shape as you I am now on my second back rebuilding job I had 8 discs fused 2 rods put in bunch of other stuff 2 years ago.

suddenly a disc above my rod blew up so I had to have everything redone and longer rods put in. This whole thing has been difficult to get over did I say I was 75 on top of that so 2 years at that age is probably like 10 or more in dog years.

I have had to deal with the getting over all the stuff they give you at the time of the surgery and then all the pain killers after that! I too have been fighting the lack of exercise and have been working on finding things I can do to keep my back from freezing up.

I am very impressed with that trailer Jennifer has listed and the quality of your work. You will be my go to guy when things come up with my 13f Scamper.

Did I say mine looks ridiculous?

best regards and good luck

Randy it has been so awesome!! Thank you. She has been such a spacious and easy to haul trailer for me. it is bitter sweet to let her go. I knew all along that this was a really lucky time for me. Thank you for this great little trailer. It turns heads and baffles some people, mostly people have tried to buy it from me whenever I have hauled her. !!

Someone wants to buy her and come right away. If you allow them to reply to you with any small questions I'd like to recommend it. Gosh, that little Trillium was fun!!

I changed up the way I used the bed, sometimes like a queen size in the back, or sometimes like a table, sometimes used the bunks in front like a couch, a bunk or a bed. I had one cat but he rescued and abandoned desert kitten. We still had plenty of room in it.
