SOLD: 1977 Trillium 4500 Deluxe 15ft located in Oshawa Ontario Canada

$9,000 Cdn or $7,000 USD

Layout has the rear dinette and front gaucho. Windows all around including door and kitchen.

Rear Dinette converts to a 48” double bed. The Front Gaucho is a couch and converts to a bunk bed.

Less than 2000 lbs dry, towable with most vehicles. Interior height 6’2”. Sleeps 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 kids.

Have the ownership, 2 keys and the original Owners Manual.

Furnace propane – works – Duo-Therm 65810-2 Model – Gravity style - 7,000 BTUs - radiant style heat, no blower – excellent working condition. Original operating instructions included. Has been sandblasted and powder coated black.

Range – 3 burner propane stove. Has been sandblasted and powder coated black.

Fridge – works - Dometic RM211TF – 3 (or 2?) way fridge – we have only used on propane. Very cold! Height 22”, width 19” depth 17” = 2 cu ft. Has a small freezer with an original ice cube tray.

Power Converter – Progressive Dynamics PD6911 – works. Converts 110v to 12V

Sink and Faucet – stainless steel – Sink and drain pipe intact. Faucet removed but still have all the pieces. Coleman 2231 pump style hand pump. Has city water connection. Sink and counter is covered with a countertop.

Fresh water holding tank and pipes – were removed. The space under the dinette (where you put your feet) is now used for storage for light things such as blankets. Could likely be reinstalled if really wanted to.

Curtains – new - beige with black out fabric. Curtain on door windows and one for kitchen window as well.

Wall Sockets – two double plugs 110V located on back wall and dinette/kitchen corner. Single 110V plug located on the converter at floor.

Lights – AC/DC. All new with LED bulbs, including the porch light. Missing cover on large original kitchen light.

Outdoor running lights and brake lights all new and working order. The brake lights are LED.

Fantastic Fan ventilation fan – new AC/DC power fan replaced the old roof vent. Three speeds.

Lots of storage – 4 drawers under dinette. 2 drawers under gaucho. Plus open storage accessible under dinette benches and front couch. Storage under sink. 3 drawers, with the cutlery drawer under the table. Large closet with new 4 shelf pantry and closet rod. At entrance there is another cupboard. Overheads have lots of open and covered storage.

Awning C-track – no awning.

Frame – the body of the trailer was lifted off the frame in 2016. The frame was sandblasted and re-painted black. A new tongue with 2” ball was welded on. Also two new stabilizer jacks at the rear of the trailer were welded on.

Axle – new 3500lb axle. EZ Lube bearings. Includes the brake plates, just add the brake system and power if you want brakes.

Tires – New tires purchased in 2016.

Rims – New aluminum rims purchased in 2016

Spare tire – with tire cover, and mounted to the back bumper.

TV – comes with new swing arm and long cable line. Doesn't include actual TV.

Table cushions – new, uncovered. 4” thick high.

Flooring – currently this is just carpet lying over the fiberglass flooring. Can change to match taste. Annually we usually purchase a 4x6 carpet with rubber backing and cut it to size. The cut out corner fits nicely under the table.

Belly band was sealed and recovered by the prior owner

Decals – new decals installed on outside of trailer by prior owner

New propane hoses. The regulator is still original.

Windows – were all removed and the wooden frames replaced and resealed.

Table – converts to a bed. When in the table position, it has a removable leaf to have a 2 person table with easier access to the benches. Where the leaf attaches, some of the wood near the dowels is worn. And some of the clasps underneath are broken. This would have been our next project if we kept the trailer. The issues with the table are listed to give you honest information, but it does not interfere with the function of using the table as a table or bed support.

Access panels – all new and sealed.

Selling because we are getting a bigger one. We just spent two weeks living in this trailer in Florida at Christmas.

Battery or propane tanks NOT included.

Thanks! We are sad to part with it. It was well loved. But we outgrew it and upgraded to a 17' Bigfoot.

Due to the falling Canadian exchange rate (or is it called rising?), the USD price is $7,000.

This trailer has all major repairs done... new axle, new bearings, new rims and tires, sealed windows and belly band. Gel coat in excellent, well cared for condition!

Great camper!

With all those improvements (new axle/bearings/wheels/tires, sand blasted frame, new coupler, new converter, etc, etc) your camper is well worth $7,000 usd and then some. Good luck!

kitchen light covers

As mentioned, the kitchen light cover is missing. The kitchen light actually uses 3 square plastic covers of the same type used in all the other interior light fixtures. There are a total of 7 interior light covers which can be purchased at Amazon, etc. The brand is Progressive Dynamics; the covers are 5"x5".

Thank you! This is a great tip! We have already replaced all the other covers with this same 5x5 cover. We were able to pickup locally from a camping store. We will pickup 3 more to cover the kitchen light! Thanks again.

Of course you can test fit with shades that you've already purchased for other fixtures. On my Trillium 4500, the same shades are used.

I love this Camper! Do you still have it for sale? What is it’s dry weight? I would come pick it up if it’s the right weight for my car.

Hi, this trailer is pending pickup on Friday. I will let you know.
Dry weight I noted above as being under 2,000lbs. Whatever the standard Trilliums are... there are no major modifications on the trailer to affect the weight.
