Hello, I have a couple questions re your trailer? Is it a 17 or 16 ft? What size tanks does it have? And does it have a bathroom/shower combination? Also, do you have anymore pics? Thanks, Kurt.

Hi Kurt, it is 17' and does have the full bath with toilet, sink and shower (ll in one little room. I'm not sure what size tanks it has or what model. I will have more pics I can send this weekend. I'm just cleaning it out from the winter. I will send more info soon.
I'm selling it due to my wife passing away in March.

Hello, thank you for responding to my ad. It is 17' I'm not sure which model. It has a bathroom with sink and shower in the front. Modifications to the interior were made by the previous owner who was very tall. He removed the stove and sink to make to twin size beds that go along the walls. We were undecided about buying it when we saw the modifications but my wife was an avid cook and liked the idea of cooking on a table outside under the awning because she had much more counter space as well as cleanup is easier outside. We used a portable camp stove with a long gas line that connects to the propane tanks. It has the refrigerator and microwave, and the hot water heater. There is a pump for the water when not you are not connected to hook ups. This system worked well for us. There is an air conditioner and roof vent with fan.
The tires were new last summer.
I will be getting it ready for spring this weekend and will forward more pictures.
I am selling it because my wife passed away in March.
