Boler water tank and hookups

Is the freshwater tank on a '73 Boler 10 gallons?

I have no idea what state my freshwater tank is in, but I think the cleaning process is fill up the tank with bleach/water (in what ratio??), let it sit for awhile and then pump it out until any gunk gets cleared out. Am I missing anything?

Do I just attach that green "garden hose" to the underside of the sink's drain? Where does it drain out? Just onto the ground? Is there any way to have it drain into a bucket instead?

For the other water hookup, do I just connect a plain, ol' garden hose to the camper and to the campsite's water hookup? The rubber gasket in there looks really old and brittle; is it just a matter of getting a new one? Is there such a thing as a little cap for it to keep out dirt and debris and hopefully protect it from drying out again?

Speaking of little caps, any thoughts about fixing or replacing my electrical hookup cap? Here's a pic, and you can see it's hanging by a thread. Epoxy it back together? Just get a new one?
