Love the ducted heat and heated bath, that was on my list of improvements and glad to see someone is now doing that. What is the size of the furnace in the Oliver?

It's really beautiful. Interesting that you have all drawers under the sink and stove rather than cabinets. At least, I think that is what I saw. I'm not sure I like the mirrored cabinet doors, though, that might be a bit too much light reflection. Especially at night.

Hello Rosemary.
on the mirrors it seems either a person loves them or wants nothing to do with them. Some commits are "I do not want to see myself every time I turn around"...lol...so with that being said we do offer the option of a black door.

This was posted on Oliver's Facebook Page just a few hours ago regarding the new 22 foot Oliver:
As previously mentioned in our information we send out, we have had some success in reducing our material cost through volume purchasing and have shaved some labor through enhancing our production line and assembly processes. The new MSRP is $39,500.00 for an almost loaded trailer. Only item we took out of this revised price is the Kingdome.
Some of what it does include is:
The “Dual Composite Shell’s w/Prodex insulation”, central ducted heat, air-conditioning (roof mount), single digital thermostat for heat and ac, thermal pane windows, TV and stereo/CD/DVD/MP3 Jenson unit and custom mounted speakers, microwave, power rear stabilizers, front electric jack, all interior and exterior LED lights, 2-12 volt deep cycle batteries on a slide out service tray (can fit up to 4 batteries depending on size), outside wash station, 2-20 pound LP tanks, 16” aluminum wheels including the spare, tandem electric brake 3,500 lbs. axles with leaf springs and quad shocks on an aluminum frame, upgraded seat cushions, SMEV 2 burner stove top, SeeLeveL II tank and battery monitor, 14 foot awning, exterior LED over head lights on both sides of trailer and more.
Our standard unit has a 421 lbs. tongue weight for a 4,200 lbs. tow weight.
Some options are:
Kingdome
200 watt solar charging system
Generator Quick Connection
We are anxiously awaiting the delivery of our custom built unit in the very near future. It will have all the goodies and more.

Wow, good to see they can keep it under $40k, seems like that is the sweet point in the higher end custom fg manufacturers, a fully optioned Escape with delivery will be in the mid-$30's. The nice thing about Oliver is that they are a lot closer. Great job, Oliver.

Nah, just cannot warm up to the Oliver shape. Too much like a baloney. My sense of good design is um, different.

Spent the day in Hohenwald with Robert at the plant looking at the build of our new 22 footer. Ours will be a variation of the twin bed model. Things are progressing beautifully and they are doing a great job. There are currently two or three in production with two having recently left the factory. These guys are building some truly magnificent units.

I know what you mean...Baloney is so "yesterday"!
I myself prefer the more "cheese block" outline originated by Trillium, and echoed in its descendants such as the Escape!

Although Oliver has not necessarily taken the road less travelled in overall exterior appearance, the construction is truly unique. Beauty is sometimes more than skin deep.

So true.... I used to tow a loaf of bread. Now, I do favor the chili pepper cheese block design over the baloney shape but not just for taste or price. Got to cut down on the carbs. Of course, if you're talking 22 foot pepperoni, well... I could step back and see me towing a cheese block with that.
