Hi all, we are selling our 1999 Casita because we are unable to travel at this time. We purchased it from the original owners in 2014 and it is in excellent condition. It does have the AC under the closet and as far as we know, all standard components that would have been included in a 1999 model. The only thing we haven't used is the heater but everything else works. We did replace the covers on the side dinette cushions as we kept the bed made. Original covers will be included.

We have replaced the blinds, swapped out all light bulbs to LED, and replaced the outside stripes as the originals were peeling. We have rewired the turn signal/brake/running lights wiring. The pipe you see on the front is because we had to replace the fresh water tank valve and put the new one inside the access door. The pipe is only there to keep the drain plugged from insects. We planned to put a cap on it but haven't done so yet.

Tires were on it when we bought it, new battery was installed in 2016.

Please let me know if you are interested. We have thoroughly enjoyed our little home on wheels and don't want to see it sit unused.

We have decided to winterize and store our Casita for so are taking it off the market for now. In the spring, we'll decide whether to keep it or try again to sell it. Thanks to all who have expressed interest and looked at it. We've met and talked to some very nice folks.
