2007 Casita Spirit Deluxe 16’-Very good condition $13,000
Standard equipment-Front A/C, Refrigerator, Two burner stove, Microwave, Awning, Shower and toilet, Six gallon hot water heater, hitch and sway bar.
Mods done-HEPVO replacement of shower P-trap, High rise faucets in kitchen and bathroom, Grey water vent, Wall mounted shower in bathroom, Fresh water deck plate access, Flexible marine wire for battery. Have new door lock and battery disconnect but not installed.
Side and back sun shades from Susan, center awing support, and two new tires January 2011.
