SOLD: 2012 Casita 17' Spirit Deluxe
I purchased this 2012 Casita brand new in 2013 direct from Casita in Texas. Trailer is currently in Seattle, WA.

It was wrapped for about 9 months in vinyl for a project and has since been removed without issue. The shell looks brand new underneath because of this.


17' Casita Spirit Deluxe
High-Lift kit
Furnace
Awning
Fan for fridge
Outside shower
Cable ready
Vinyl Flooring
Toilet never used
Rear spare tire delete (from factory)

Still under factory warranty.

The rig does have a few dings from normal road use. The wind caught the door one morning and kissed it where it meets the metal trim, the factory might be willing to fix this? The rear bumper kissed a wall backing in and bent a corner of the rear bumper, only cosmetic.

This rig was $18,000 from the factory after taxes. Willing to sell for $13,500 cash, won't take less. I figure it's the fairest price you'll find!
