If it's any help, for reproduction of any logos, a vector program should be used. Vector allows infinite scaling of artwork without any loss of quality. The issue with programs such as Photoshop is that they are bitmap programs, meaning they use pixels vs mathematical equations. This results in a loss in quality if scaled up or down.

In the interest of this forum and offering something back, I can recreate the artwork in Adobe Illustrator and export in PDF format so that anyone here can take the artwork to a local print shop and have it produced out of any material (i.e. vinyl) and applied to any substrate.

All I would need is some original artwork from which to reference.

Con, - nice work. I haven't tried to open your PDF in Illustrator (not sure if it is working artwork).

Food for thought.

Likewise, however in my version of the program (CS2) the logo is fragmented, that is, not one solid block of artwork, which may lead to omissions (from the white space between the black) when taken to the printer. It could be how my program is reading it. When a font is created in illustrator or converted to 'curves', the artwork will be a simple outline of each letter. If you imagine the 'b' in boler, it would be like one solid piece of vinyl. If a plotter (for example) were to try to cut the letters from the PDF as I see it here, it would have to trace over each and every piece. In this case, the 'b' is made up of many tiny pieces...as though it has been fragmented - it almost looks like wood grain.

I in no way intend to insult, the artwork is top notch. I'm just relaying what I see within the file here. Even when selecting all the little pieces and merging the elements, they are still broken up into quite a few pieces.
