Casita 17' Spirit Deluxe. I bought it 4 1/2 years ago in pretty decent condition, but made many cosmetic and functional improvements. There are no
leaks and everything works, however the AC controls are broken so there is no on/off high/low, it's stuck on "high/on" so when you plug it in it's on and it works. Living in California we never used the AC and so I never replaced it. Here is the list of my improvements.
Replaced water heater with electronic ignition model
Has newer 2011 SD cushions from seller who wanted custom cushions so they had never been used.
I added Corian to kitchen counter tops

We LOVE this trailer and will be sad to see it go, but my wife likes to bring along too many things, so we're moving on to something a little bigger.
