Casita Liberty Deluxe. i purchased the camper is 2009, it has been seldom used and is in great condition, it has always been stored covered, no smoking, no pets. it has almost new "D" load range
tires (including spare) and the Cover Giant 4 ply cover is less than 2 months old. air conditioned w/heat strip, but no funace (never found the need for a
furnace, just used a small space heater) vinyl floor, no trap shower drain valve, fantastic fan w/thermostat and hood.
microwave (not built in), high rise kitchen sink faucet.
battery is approx 1 year old. 12" lcd tv and dvd player, has a 2" receiver for bike rack, etc. includes the load distributing hitch and sway bar. it comes with the owners manual and all suporting documents. this camper is super clean, fully functional and ready for many years/miles of fun. $12,000 cash, picked up in Asheville, NC.
