1975 Trillium round CSA and CMHTTA decal color

Hello
I have a 1975 Trillium, and am making my own replacement CSA and CMHTTA round decals which are by the entrance door.

I have searched many images of 1975 Trilliums, and they all seem to be worn almost to nothing (like mine), with only a hint of the decals being possibly a green or yellow color. In my searching, i have found many pictures to 1973's, 1974's, and 1976's ; on which these decals are RED, and mostly in good condition. I have good quality images of the red decals.

Does anyone know for sure what color they are suppose to be on a 1975 Trillium. Any help most appreciated.

Francis

Hello Clair
Thanks for Replying. If yours looks pinkish, then i would assume that yours were probably red. Attached are pictures of ones a kind gentleman let me take of his 74 Trillium. If you would like cleaned up images in red, pink, blue, light green, or dark green; i could email them to you.

Thanks, those are good for me for now. We also have a plastic oval that was riveted onto the trailer in the same area.

Hi, I just looked at the decals on our 1975 trillium and they look brownish with a hint of green. Olive drab maybe. I took a picture but don't know if I can figure out how to upload it.

Hi Gail.
Mine have a hint of being green, but i cant be positive.
I find it strange, that as stated in my first post, 73, 74, and 76 models all seem to have red decals, while the 75 model year is different.

Thanks for checking!

You might want to check the legality of making a replica decal. Copyright etc.

decals

I am also looking for new decals for my 1973 Trillium 1300. The existing ones are ok but I am about to have the body painted so would love to get new ones! However if I cannot get new, is it possible to remove old ones and then replace once the body is painted?

Justin,

I looked into the copy right stuff and you are free to make your own. Most people go to a store that makes vinyl decals and has them copy the logo of the internet.

there is a trillium facebook page if you are on facebook.

Hope that helps

Hi! On our 73 Trillium 1300, the decals were just as FrancisC indicated.....pinkish now after ? years but likely started out red. I am in the process of having a local print/sign shop redo all of the decals including these + the green/white trillium ones etc. I thnk cost will be about $125 for 6 decals incl prep time at the print shop.

Decals for Trillium

Hello all...
Most Trillium decals are available on the TrilliumRV.com website.
Click on Parts tab. Original style/design & colors.
Note that the CSA decals are trademark protected, as are the Trillium Decals.
I do not offer the CSA decal for that reason.

Discount for FGRV members.
