We have a 2006 17 foot Spirit Delux Casita that we picked up from the factory. It is fully loaded with an awning, furnace, large fridge, screen door, fantastic fan, TV plug in with ant. and cable and shelf. It has a 25 gallon fresh water tank, 25 grey tank and 15 black. High rise axle and like new 15" rims and Maxis tires including spare. Porthole added to front in bathroom. AC works good. Memory foam mattress and 2 person dinette. Warm and toasty microwave. A few age defects such as the shelves on the fridge door have broken.(New door $150) Small crack in bathroom sink near wall (does not leak). Shelves in closet instead of clothes rack. New scissor jack stablizers on each side of front axle. This trailer is currently near Fresno California. Easy towing, will include easy lift/anti sway bars.
