My wife and I looked at this trailer last night and can say it is in very rough condition. Evidence of long term moisture inside include rusty cabinet hardware, warped cabinet door, mildew on window shades, evidence of leakage on bathroom ceiling. Exterior is heavily oxidized and all graphics are deteriorating. Heavily oxidized tires and rusted wheels. All indicative of years of neglect. He has a generator to check out the electrical but water, tankage and drains are unknowns. A very large and expensive project to restore. In other words not just needing an awning. Buyers should inspect very carefully and know what they are getting into.

Thanks Deadhead. No misrepresentation going on here. Maybe you didn't get a chance to look at the detailed pictures very closely, but that is why I posted them. I agree, this unit is not right for someone looking for a turn-key unit and it shows it's age. However, I don't agree that it has had leaks and for someone willing to put a little work into it, it is a solid trailer with sound mechanics.
