The bed size is 54" x 74" which is a tad smaller than a queen. I believe that makes it a full size bed. Hope that this helps.

I think Jim is probably correct but I do see a 20A breaker for A/C in the breaker panel, which either means there is A/C and we can't see it, or the wiring for A/C is already in place and would be super easy to install. My '89 Bigfoot was similarly equipped, no A/C but all the wiring and breaker in place.
