you'll only drop the distance ...thats the difference between the measurment from the top of the tire(or bottom) to the center of the wheel hub.

and from your measurments it appears to be approx 5" or less of a drop

Our is a 17'4" X 7'11" boler made in Earlton Ontario, and is 8' plus high without extra max vent height. Original tires are 75r15" (st 205r 15") with 30psi inside headroom is 6'6" tongue height is 18" plus vents at 4" plus floor and roof thickness so 8'5" without extra height of maxair units. Problems with smaller tires is weight rating.

We just bought a 13' Boler and it just fit in our garage on the normal wheels - we did let a little air out and put it back in once it was inside. It was tight but we didn't even have to put the smaller rims on that we had purchased.

ours is 18" to top of hitch inside and total height is 8' 4" plus caps
