Hello guys I'm wondering if anyone has replaced the plexiglass windows in there bolers? Did you just use a flat sheet of plexi and cut it to fit? Mine are cracked and leaking I would like to get the rubber seal that surrounds the windows as well. If any one has information where I can get a new seal plz share.
Yes ,we replaced with flat.
I went to a local glass company and had them measure thickness, I could not find the thickness in any other store. The seal would be best purchased from Scamp (order online they ship very fast) in my opinion.
One thing to note it is CRITICAL that you use 4.5mm or 3/16" acrylic or polycarbonate, most glass shops stock 1/4" thick which is too thick and WILL NOT bend into the compound curve to fit the body.

I would also advise you to buy the tool for putting the windows in, screwdrivers work but the tool makes things 99% faster! I also needed to watch a video to figure it all out! Someone here has a link to the video.
