Patterns for Scamp floor panels

Has anyone drawn up dimensional floor plans for Scamp floor panels? I am thinking about doing some replacements, but would like to be using the camper as much as I can. I could easily get my panels cut and pre-treated before tearing the camper apart. I can see that the entire process might take more than an afternoon, so prepared sections would be a great help.

No two Scamp floors are exactly the same (Close maybe.). It's best to make a close fitting lauan or cardboard template then hot glue cardboard spacers to get an exact fit. You can coat the backside of your plywood sheet before you start the process then cut to fit before install to speed the process (but not by much). It takes about 3 days at best to replace a floor panel correctly. Most of your time is spent grinding, scraping, sanding, cleaning and waiting for resin and paint to dry. It's not expensive or very hard to replace a floor section but the process takes time.
I had one Scamp that took me eight years and three days to replace a floor section.
One more note, with a Scamp only try replacing one floor section at a time or your shell will get out of whack.
Good luck

Eddie's advice is great. That is exactly how the countertop contractor made templates for my kitchen and bathrooms. He taped together pieces of cardboard to make a template that fit exactly then used the template to cut the countertop material to the fit perfectly. Hot glue is even better - you want the template to hold together well as you remove it from the trailer and use it.
