I knew the nut had to be removable Bob, but it took a good amount of cleaning and my reading glasses to figure it out. One tab was bent out into an opening in the castle nut. With all the grease it was not readily apparent! I took a small screwdriver and bent it back up (like you see in the picture) and then had to sort of hold it in place to get the nut off.

I just emailed ParkLiner about axle i.d. We'll see how that goes.

I think some of the first Parkliner's came with Flexride axles. They have adjustable swing arms. Check out this thread and see if your axle look like this.

Boy Eddie, great info! When I get home tonight, first thing I will do is compare pics, but just from what I was looking at this morning, I bet it is a Flexride.

And yes, certainly #006 could be considered one of the 1st ParkLiners!

Thanks again Eddie. Funny enough, I was just running that off when your post came up! Still no inner bearing or seal #s though. I'm gonna do a bit more looking.

Here's some pics...

Now that I have the seal #, everything is back together and ready to roll.

Just make sure you get a double lip seals for the E-Z lube hubs. E-trailer carries them.

It was there (left rear bumper), just not caught in the pics. Yes, I've had that little jack-in-a-box for years, it travels with us whenever we take off and has been useful a number of times!

Thanks Eddie. I got the number off the seal, so I'm all set. E-trailer carries an entire kit, bearings, seal and tang washer. I'll order one so we get it before we leave.

This is a Flexiride axle right?
