2009 casita spirit dlx, super nice!-sold-
Due to health, having to sell my precious "egg". Hubby doesn't like to camp and I can no longer "go it alone". Casita has only been used 6 times so is in new condition. Roof air/heat combo, dinette make down to double bed, side chairs make down to single bed, roof vent, bath with shower/toilet combo, closet, two-burner covered stove, twin propane tanks, 25 gal. water storage tank, grey/brown/blue upholstery (non smoker, no animals), 15" wheels with hi-lift axle, spare tire, mounted slimline TV, DVD, microwave, in perfect condition. We even added a tneat home-made awning that's a snap to pur up! We live in he East Texas area close to Louisiana border. Call (409) 429-6442 to see anytime, or e-mail nanvictx@yahoo.com. Better than a new one, cause you have to order new ones from manufacturer and wait 4 to 5 months for delivery. Ours is in drive-out condition for $14,900.

Nancy,
Is this a 16' or 17' model?
Regards,

Sorry, I didn't include the length in my description...It's 17', the biggest one they make.

do you still have the Casita? I'm new to all of this but just retired and want to travel. Can a woman set this up and tow it? I'm widowed, so no man around to help. I live north of Little Rock, AR, so this wouldn't be too far for me to come down and see it.
Thanks.

Last activity of original poster - 6/20/12. These trailers sell fairly quickly, so I'd assume that it is sold.

Tom is probably right but if you click on "Fancy Nancy" one of the options is to send a personal message. Then you will know for sure. Raz
