uhaul serial numbers and tracking

in my travels on the internet i found a site that listed uhaul serial numbers and previous owner, but can't seam to find it again. has anybody else found this site. i kinda curious where my uhaul has been.

This appears to be an old Ray Horner ghost site. For a period of time (pre my interest) Ray was Mr. UHaul, evidently. Others know more, I'm sure.

Fortunately, nearly all UHaul campers were made in 1984/85 and the differences are minor.

It is thought, but not confirmed, that Mr. Horner probably passed away some years ago due to failing health. His knowledge about these units was incredible.

As these unique UHaul CTs and VTs become official antiques (30 years old in most states) it would be GREAT if someone could revive the registry or start a new one. I cannot due to ' frying some other fish ' .

Having your UHaul in the registry and displaying a registry decal would be kinda neat!

I too found this site and thought what a great idea to have the ownership history of our little trailers. I saw the previous owner of mine listed and then found I couldn't update since the site was dead. I like the idea of a new registery too.
