TN | SOLD: 13' Burro for $5500 (1980 model)

1980 model in great condition. I’ve owned it for 5 years or so, but have recently bought an Airstream so my baby needs a new home. It’s a solid camper with few deficiencies and has been a great little camper for me. Always stored in a carport. It's in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

All camper wiring was upgraded and replaced in 2015: 12v lights, 12v outlets added, furnace and radio wiring. 110v outlet added to outside front. The wiring to the running lights, brake lights, etc. was not replaced. It has the original sink but I removed the faucet and never used the sink. The water tanks were removed by the previous owner, so I never even hooked up to water, and just used water jugs. I never used the dinette, and always kept the bed made, so I took out the brackets for the table. I have the brackets and the post, just not installed. I also have the faucet, if you want to hook it back up (probably needs rebuilding).

New (2015) Magic Chef 110v Refrigerator.
2- 6 volt Trojan batteries.
Power Dynamics Converter/charger with Charge Wizard.
JVC car stereo with 2 speakers
Furnace and stove work great
Northern Breeze 12v fan
Tie-dye curtains
All original cushions (including the thin upper bunkbed one)
2 additional foam pads for added comfort on the back bed.

2 Fire extinguishers
Hitch lock
2 decent tires and 1 decent spare
Bearings packed in 2015
LED brake and running lights (2 upper ones on the rear are original).
Rubber seal for the two halves replaced in 2011.

I've had a couple of questions via the Craigslist ad.
1) I do have a clear Tennessee title for the camper.
2)The license plates covering the cabinet front are real. When I replaced the refrigerator I had to frame in the opening a little and decided I was tired of looking at all that white. I wheel and deal in license plates, so it seemed fitting to cover the cabinet in them. Then I had the great (hair-brained?) idea to camouflage the refrigerator. They are just stuck on with double face tape and can be easily removed.
