Good luck with the sale, but the ad is a little misleading, The Boler weighs considerably more than 700 lbs, even the "advertised dry weight was 900 lbs" which is not realistic. I am sure if you weigh it at scales you will find the weight at 1200lbs plus.

The walls are lined with an insulation material I am unfamiliar with. It's sort of a spongy rubberized affair.
