Hi Roy
This is pretty interesting stuff the only wonder is any after smell in the enclosed trailer? I take it we are in the same boat "trailer". I was just looking under the front couch and pulled up some sort of flooring the PO laid down on the floor under there and the wood is so bad I was pulling chunks of it up with my hands right down to the lower fiberglass shell? I stopped right away but when I have more time Ill see how much comes out.

I am fairly sure the plywood is tightly sandwiched between the outside shell, and the inside floor of the trailer. This picture is of my trailer that I call the Cantaloupe. It has been my experimental trailer. I tried out my belly band technique on it first:

I have looked very closely at it. This picture is shot looking straight towards the back of the trailer. The camera is almost on the floor looking inside the kitchen. In the early trailers, the furniture was one piece. From the back, I can look forward, into the kitchen.
This is different in a 4500. The gaucho is it's own piece, and doesn't connect to the kitchen. But I suspect that they do the plywood in the floor the same. It might actually go right to the side of the trailer, like the later years did in the rear dinette bins. You can't see the bottom of the pontoons, that run down the outside of the frame. Since the sheet they were working with is 8' long, the could have run it right to the wall.

Our Trillium has a sliding cutlery box holder under the table. It even has a wee locking gadget to keep it in place.

I have a place for a drawer too! I am bemoaning the fact that there is no "fabricator" in my life! My hubby can paint, but otherwise I'm on my own!! I will take measurements and look around in the thrift stores and so on. Since my dinette will be up most of the time, I look forward to this extra storage space!

Hi Dave, could you please tell me where I would look to find the serial number on my Trillium. It is a 13 ' 4500 model.
Cheers

On my 1300 it is on the inside of the closet door.

Since yours is a 4500, the only place I have seen it is in the upper right corner of the data sheet on the inside of the closet door, like Jim said.
Some 1300's have a tag just outside the entry door.
