The original latches for the Trillium, I believe, are called Positive Latches and they are a challenge to source. Interested myself to see what alternatives are out there.

You can find similar positive latches on Amazon (or at many RV dealer parts department) but they are not exact replacements, they are not as nice, they are built cheaper, and I don't know if the screw spacing and dimensions are compatible with the original ones.

Got a bit more work done today. Mainly scraping off the stupid foam. We also took the front window off since the manufactures only used double sided tape and regular screws to keep it in place. So we pulled it out and put it in with putty tape and stainless steal skewed so they won't rust in half like the originals. We also had to move the propane holder shelf thing so that the new bigger battery would fit.
Here is before
Here is After
Here are a few pictures of the inside all scraped and also cleaned.
Oh and I forgot we filled the dent out in the trailer with foam so that when we put the foam on the walls it will be more even.

Today we did just a little more work. Finished putting that crazy foam in that back corner and then caulked the seems so hopefully you won't see them that great when I paint them. My grandpa also installed the sink into the counter top and also the taps, all the mean while I painted some cupboards the wrong color (oops). I also varnished a few of the cupboards.

So, my mom and I cut and pinned the curtains for the trailer last night. (So easy to find good help around here Lol) They will look so much better than the blue floral uneven ones that were in there before, mind you they are not perfect! I sewed all the edges tonight, okay I sewed four out of the five windows worth cause I ran out of thread.
♥️fun tip: if using a thick thread have the tension on your machine high and also use regular thread in the bobbin works wonders!

So we have kept a lot of the same/original things in the trailer but, we have also replaced a few small things or just upgraded the old with paint.
The foam on the walls is all new 1/4inch closed cell foam that was primed and painted.
Cupboards have been refaced and will have new doors on them and new hinges and handles.
Floors will have a new click fake hard wood floors.
Table has been primed and will be painted.
The fridge has also been painted.
There is a new light fixture to be put in, and new lights.

So it's been a few days and we got a lot done in the trill. We put up the cupboards, put cupboard doors on, hung curtains, put the fridge in, fix the front awning, maid sure all the wiring is working, braced a few things till they get permanent work and then finished painting and varnishing the table!

Congratulations Marrisa, you are doing a great beautiful renovation on your Trillium Jubilee.
But just for your information, it does not identify itself as a 12 'but as a 15', made between 79 and 81.
For the length of these trailers I was told that it was necessary to measure from the end of the bumper to the end of the hitch.
I have owned one for 7 years and found it very pleasant with all its windows which gives us a good light and allow us to see easily outwards.
Congratulations!
