SOLD 1979 17ft Bigfoot Trailer

We are selling our 1979 17' Bigfoot Camper Trailer. It pulls great (I have an SUV with only a 5.7L V6) and has all the conveniences of a regular RV (Stove/Toilet/Shower/etc...). This trailer is in great condition with almost all the original parts intact and we still have stored most of the original parts that have been replaced. Behind Bryan Adams and poutine, this might be Canada's greatest export.

The specs:
-Has clean title
-Original 4-burner gas range with oven
-3 cu. ft. 3-way fridge (propane, 12-V, 110-V)
-6 gal. propane hot water heater (not tried)
-12,000 BTU propane furnace (not tried)
-1 40lb propane tank
-Wet bath (toilet/shower)
-28 gal. fresh water tank
-17 gal. gray water tank
-8 1/2 gal. black water tank (Comes with a sewer hose)
-Power distribution center w/battery charger
-300 watt inverter
-Marine deep cycle battery
-110-V AC outlet
-Fire extinguisher
-Front dinette converts to bed (44" X 79")
-Sofa converts to bed (44" X 75")
-Bunk over sofa converts to bed (35" X 72")
-Interior headroom: 6' 6"
-Overall exterior dimensions: 16' long, 8' 6" high, 7' 10" wide
-Trailer weight: less than 1,500 lbs (GVW 1,875)
-4 stabilizer jacks
-Spring over axle modification, with oversize tires and wheels (comes with 2 chocks)
-Spare tire
-Friction sway bars
-Bargman breakaway system (emergency brake in event of unhitching during transit)
-Water pump may need to be replaced if you want to boondock, but otherwise city water works great
-New roof vents
-Some warping on two of the ceiling panels from a past leak. The new vent (mentioned above) fixed that leak
-New fresh water plumbing
-Small fiberglass shell repair on driver's side (see last image)
-This trailer has been used very little and is in good condition

Asking $9,000

Email for additional pictures. Located near Seattle

Thanks - I'm a Bigfoot afficianado too. And Canada's exports...don't forget bacon and butter tarts. Hapy 150th birthday.

Sounds like a fair price. This is known as the Gaucho model as opposed to the Center Bath model. These are the most spacious 17'fiberglass trailers ever made, since they are wider.
But BTW, they do have a strong competitor for best Canadian export, namely the Escape.
