SOLD: Project 1984 Scamp 19'

I am selling my 1984 Scamp 19'. It is located at Deer Lake approx. 25 miles North of Spokane. I no longer have a way to tow it so cannot deliver or move it closer to town. I do have the new style hitch that fits into Reese style 5th wheel bed rails. If you have a truck with bed rails you could hook it right up. I started a few projects and never got finished. I was going to convert it to solar and bought and installed a nice 12v fridge. But that is as far as I got. It does have a new propane stove top. A newer rooftop AC, A new sink, and miscellaneous other parts. Shouldn't be too difficult to put back in good order. $5000.

Nice looking rig and I like the round sink!
Too bad it didn't work out for you.

You seem to have left (pun intended) a leg in there...better take it out before this goes down the road.

BEST

LOL! An arm and a leg is more like it. I just got real busy at work the couple years before retirement and then last year I bought a brand new truck. I was going to finally get around to finishing the Scamp but I couldn't find anyone to install my hitch for a reasonable price. I started looking around at trailers and found the little 93 Bigfoot so now the Scamp can go to a new home.

You also have a Trillium? Did you get the hitch installed?

I hear you--about the arm & leg...I'm sure you can recoup at least a shin bone and elbow. We'll have to camp 1865 nights to recoup our "investment!" So far, 20 and counting!

I sold the Trillium years ago. I really enjoyed that little trailer.

Where's the best place to find one of those little white plastic drain parts that you run a hose into the grey tank. The part I'm talking about screws onto the basket under the sink. I'm trying to finish a few projects on the Scamp 19' that I hadn't completed yet.

This it? The kit is cheaper than the trap alone. Amazon also has a kit that includes the strainer and drop.

Well I have almost all of the projects done now. New "smart" power converter, new sink and faucet, brand new stove top. Newer AC from 2007 RV but has been stored for years, installed with new gasket. Newer 110 water heater, new wheels and tires. Newer 12v compressor fridge (expensive, not a cheap dorm fridge). New power retractable landing gear motor. New marine 30amp cord plugin, New city water connection. Gel cover for upper mattress.

And I was able to get it moved from Deer Lake down to Spokane where it is much more convenient for people to see.
