This is a brand new 2012 Casita completely upgraded.
It is completely self contained. (Like a motorhome, without the cost of a motorhome).
The conversion was completed in September 2012.
It has a aPH2700PRi Digital Inverter Generator, with remote start & shut off.
No need to go outside to get power when needed. It is housed in a powder coated aluminum
casing with drawer etc. and a build in gas tank to make the unit independent for 3 to 4 days.
It has air conditioning. (I lost the remote but I will get another one)
The heating system is a small electric heater with two settings 750 or 1500 watts and it
will keep the trailer warm to +/- exterior 20deg.fareneights.
A 15" High-definition TV with DVD player. The antenna is hidden behind the bathroom ceiling
and the reception is very good. There is also a Cable TV switch with exterior cable
connection. (hidden with the electrical wire exterior connection).
The new kitchen fan is cut back to upper kitchen cupboard depth w/ extra lights,
The stove & sink were moved to allow front cutting board (the top is Corian)
it has 3 drawers underneath, one very large for all can goods etc. and a in the door garbage basket.
The new faucet with matching soap dispenser both in brush chrome finish,
A new microwave was installed, (behind the Amalfi Coast porcelaine tile wall piece door).
In that area there is also a food locker drawer with heavy 100lbs tracks for canned goods etc.
The kitchen is quite a condensed unit, the counter top is Corian; it has a two burner gas stove,
a stanless steel sink with hot & cold water and a soap dispenser, a working area, a cut back
stove fan with extra lights (120 and 12 volts) a decorative tile backsplash and the bottom cabinet
has an enclosed area to store the electrical cord (from the outside access door). a 'under the
sink storage for soap etc and the door has a small attached waste basket.
There are four drawers in the kitchen lower cabinet, one for cuttellery, one for cooking tools, mit etc,
a large one which store a complete set of stanless steel pots & pans, and a very large and deep drawer for food storage.
All the drawers are mounted on heavy duty bearing tracks.

The rear section converts to: a dinette, a U shape sofa or a double bed. There is an under the sofa
rear locker for blankets etc. The ship gas filled single post collapsible table post is adjustable and
the table top is also adjustable to slide forward or back to add eating comfort or to rotate 90deg.
The cushions are made of 3" foam, with 3" memory foam, 1" upholstery wool all covered with
designer fabric and convert to a comfortable bed.
There was two new cabinets build above the sofa. (only rear cabinet available at the factory)
It match very well and give more storage. The above the table light fixture is on a dimmer and there
are two 12 volts lights also added in the area. One is above the rear wall bar which has five liqueurs
bottles and four acid etched stem glasses.
The factory floor carpet was removed and replaced with Persian Bidjar. Soft and warm to the feet,
easy maintenance (brush, broom, wipe like a tile floor or vacuum) Very expensive, but nice.
The obscure entrance door window has been replaced by a clear window with a light grey micro blind
to permit seeing who is at the door, provide more light and enjoy the view.
The bathroom has a front ship type window ( to see the car from the trailer) and give good light.
The faucet was change to a better unit and the light was relocated from the rear corner by the vent pipe
to above the new bathroom mirror. The shower curtain was replaced and the rod was replaced with a trailer
flat track to give more space and it covers the new medicine cabinet when using the shower.
The medicine cabinet doors are ¼" corian. There is a second mirror on the interior of the door and the towel bar
were replace with better slimmer one and a vent was installed at the bottom of the door to provide heat or cooling
to the bathroom. Crating was installed on the shower floor so not to have to stand in water etc.
The lights are on dimmers
The interior woodwork was treated special formica paint finish.
It has electric brakes, a folding entrance step and one additional storage tube for
sewer hose.
The hitch weight is 150 lbs and can be towed by most small car.
Will deliver for price of gas.
The price is $26,800. and firm (that's my cost, not including my labor)

For info you can call Manny at: 561 731-3536 or my cell # 561 337-0287

Happy trails to all.

Wow, can't imagine spending that much time and money, then deciding I am not so much into camping.
