Interior fiberglass in '75 trillium 1300

I've seen tons of posts about using Zep wet finish on the exterior fiberglass but I'm wanting to restore the shine on the green interior. Can I use Zep? Do I need to do any prep ie bar keepers or light sanding first? Thanks!

No prep, other then a through clean. This is where the Bar Keepers Friend would come in handy.

Zep is a floor wax. Nothing special. But it works wonders.
