This unit looks like you have not used it very often? Was it just to small or what? It really looks clean! Hope you sale it soon!

We've owned our trailer for about five years. We bought it from a couple who bought it new but never used it due to health reasons. We've used it quite a bit and absolutely loved it, but we bought a boat a couple years ago and that seems to be taking most of our time (and money) recently.

What BTU is the AC?
Does it have a furnace? (Interior heater)?

It has a RV Products A/C that's rated 9,200 btu. It does not have a furnace - the original owner opted for additional storage which we really appreciate in a small trailer. The A/C unit has a heat strip that does take the chill off, and in cold weather we would bring along a small propane heater that really cooked us so we didn't use it much.
