This unit is currently parked near Grayling Michigan but I could move it to Toledo.
I want to sell this to buy an enclosed trailer/toy hauler.
Last Spring the entire interior was redone. All fixtures removed, floors replaced or repaired, all
windows sealed with new gaskets around front and rear
windows, new roof vent from
Scamp Parts. Also has 3 new
tires (Goodyear) and
brakes. It has a new 30 amp land line and 110
electrical with Ground Fault Interupters (G.F.I.s).
There is NO 12 volt service in this unit.
There is space under the front bed/couch that will accomodate most porta-potty's. (Not included)
It has a three burner
propane stove but is NOT hooked up. It also has a sink with city water hook-up.
This is set up as an all electric unit. It has new air conditioner, 1100 watt
microwave and a cube
fridge.
It sleeps three with a new memory foam double mattress in the back and a single bed/couch up front.
The double bed does not convert to a dinette, however, I do have the original table and hardware that will be included if you wish.
The entire interior has been scrubbed, primed and painted. It has the "elephant hyde" wall and ceiling covering. Not shown in these pictures is the new carpet. It has only been camped in for a total of three nights.
The exterior is solid but would benefit from a
paint job.
