Good condition. It has electric refrigerator freezer, 3 burner stove, sink, and porta potty. It has lots of storage. Must sell due to death in family. We pulled it easily with a 4 cyl. Escape. It has a bike carrier on the front. With the top down it fits in our garage.

It has been sold to a good home.

I am just outside Peoria Il. The price is $4500. It was in the ad when i posted it but it seems to be missing.

For people with tough HOA rules, a Hunter can be a fine choice. I considered one long and hard.
