I clearly understand civic responsibility and public obligation. but ultimately the "common good" can only be served with respect for individual liberty and personal responsibility.

Go ahead and check out that video and judge for yourself whether it has merit.

I applaud your choosing your own path, and I will resist any attempt to deny me the same.

People need to stop posting so fast, the rate people try to ride the line of what is allowed is exceeding the abilities of the people who have lives to live to parent the situation.

Delete of posts that drive traffic to other sites is fast, trying to edit to preserve peoples legitimate statements of opinion takes a bit longer. Removing snark is best done by the poster, they can get it done before we will.

It somehow hinges on who's "Snark" is being hunted...Lewis Carrol would be proud!

Thank you for your attempt at evenhanded order.

This thread had long diverged from crossing the Canadian border to crossing other less permissible borders.

Perhaps this may throw a monkey wrench in Canada's plan to re-open the border: https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/cbs...rder-1.6118764

It was my intension to give information that could be used to:

1) Explain why the border opening has taken so long and may change yet again.
2) Allow people to make an informed decision as to whether to cross the border.
3) Make an informed decision as to how they behave when traveling .

It was not my intension to be political, just to impart information.
