Up to 660W power via direct to battery connection and 175W via cigarette lighter socket
I know I wire everything straight to MY battery.. it's so nice to cook on the tongue ... + wipe out the battery in 33 seconds.

175w via the convenient and most common route... maybe you can cook a "Lukewarm Pocket"

You make a good point, I wired heavy cables into the trailer from the battery to the back of the power inverter, I could hook it up there...I was thinking that if I were going direct I would avoid some power conversion losses. I had a 400 watt sharp mini micro wave oven I liked for single items I ran on a 700 watt inverter, this was higher than that. I do have a link to a large microwave that is 12v.

The link is http://www.outdoorgb.com/p/microwave_oven_12v/

That one is for a cabin with a full battery plant!

I had not seen a tiny one before? I am wondering since you heat the food directly if you need all that power?

Perhaps a microwave slow cooker in the future?

Harry
