You make a good point, I wired heavy cables into the trailer from the battery to the back of the power inverter, I could hook it up there...I was thinking that if I were going direct I would avoid some power conversion losses. I had a 400 watt sharp mini micro wave oven I liked for single items I ran on a 700 watt inverter, this was higher than that. I do have a link to a large
microwave that is 12v.

I had not seen a tiny one before? I am wondering since you heat the food directly if you need all that power?
Perhaps a
microwave slow cooker in the future?
