I was driving around Hope, BC showing my wife some of the
Boler trailers I have found hiding in town.
I drove passed this one before and never noticed the design until the other day...
Its a FLAT ROOF
Boler. According to Boler's inventor Roy Olecko (interview on the Bolerama web site) the flat roof indicates it is one of the original 100 units ever produced. This was in 1968!!
I have not yet knocked on the door of the house but will this week....I am curious to see what the
VIN is. Maybe its 001 !!
I was able to verify it is in fact a
Boler. You can see on the rear where the "Boler" emblem once was by the outline in the dirt. Original round hub caps are there and it has the
tail lights like my 1970 model (not recessed). Seems to have an aftermarket rear bumper added as I am not sure if the early models even came with bumpers. The side wondows may not be originals either.
