1974 Hunter Compact 2 worth?

I bought this from a guy that paid $6000 for it about a year and a half ago,I purchased it about a month ago and have also bought a 1965 aloha
the ad is still on Tin Can Tourist from a year and a half ago. I'm not looking for $6000 but you can make me a offer or give me a idea of worth. It has been all redone with new tires and upholstery and paint. It does not have a bath or 12 volt, it is a ice box model. Thanks for any help
