1998 Casita Freedom Deluxe

Just brought home my fiberglass friend, '98 Casita Freedom Deluxe that I will most likely call "Sitah." Sold my '72 13' Minit in 2016 and went to the dark side. I'm back in the fiber-egg groove with this great find in Yakima, WA. I am sure I will have questions for Casita owners about items I come across as I begin Sitah's "personalization."

I've never noticed any other Casitas with exterior rivets closely-spaced in groups of twos like that one has. What's the story?

Not being too familiar with Casitas, I honestly don't know what the story is with the rivet pairings. The gentleman from whom I purchased it put a tv/dvd entertainment thing on that little table in the corner. Maybe he reinforced the table with extra rivets?

My mistake - Looks like they are commonly used!

Those rivets hold the three brackets for the removable shelf under the TV.
