2015 Scamp 16 layout #4
Well here I am again , seems too many of my friends are old enough to still have wall phones and need help to to sell their Scamp for which they have no further use.
It is a 2015 Scamp16 standard, layout 4.
It is in good shape with some nice appointments like AC w/heat strip.
located in IL

Wow.. thats exactly the trailer I have, and way under what I would ask if I were to sell it. Perhaps there are not many options or its not in the best of condition, but if its anything like my 2015 layout 4.. thats a great price!

I don't really know how it compares to yours in options, but it is in nice shape.

here's a few pics...
this trailer is unique in that it has a toilet in the side bath but no onboard water system other than shore water for the toilet. Also it has no front window or cook stove.

There is something to be said for keeping it simple. But I have to ask about the irrigation system on the rear bumper....

Not sure but it does have shore water for the toilet so that must be for water outside.
That kinda gives me an idea to add a spigot in about that location on my Scamp13 to supply my icemaker, which I keep in that area.

Not sure if this is posted in the right place...
It is an assisted sell for a fellow fiberglass owner...not really a referral or a direct sale.
Any suggestions what would get the word out best?

I have seen it,casually. it appears to be in nice shape and has been well maintained.
I know the owner and I personally bought his Scamp13 when he decided to upsize to this trailer.

This trailer did have an axle problem when new and recently had the complete axle assembly replaced at the factory.

It has no onboard water system, kitchen sink or stove or front window.
It does have shorewater to toilet and a blackwater tank, propane, A/C with heat strip, Maxxair fan, awning, extra high mount taillights,etc.

The trailer does have the stickers on the exterior as shown in the pictures,but it is new enough that removal won't likely show any shadowing.

I have known the owner for more than a decade and I feel confident that he would be honest and forthcoming when you discuss the trailer in detail.

For posting ideas, we found our 2014 13’ posted in a Facebook group. Sadly, I’d say don’t bother with craigslist since it’s so full of scam scam postings.
BTW, I pm’d you our interest in this one (we’re in Madison,WI area), since we decided we’d prefer a 2nd bed to the front bath we have. And I’d be fine with simpler h2O in our northern clime - we’ve never used the water heater, shower or on-board water.
