I like the layout, especially the length-wise bed, though not crazy about losing extra counter space for that (I like to cook!). Looks like this would be a great choice for vacationing with a small family or doing longer trips as a couple/solo. Also like the light weight for a 19' trailer.

Justus,
Checking for exterior width at the Hymer webpage, I found:
Exterior width 6’9″ / 2,057 mm
Not sure where you are looking.

It was from a dealer website: https://www.hwytrailersales.com/2019...inventory-link. I'll go out on a limb and say that this information is not accurate.

Not entirely clear if the limits imposed on width apply to travel trailers in all states, but certain states popular with RVers (Florida, Arizona, California) definitely do restrict trailer width to 8'6" or less in order to be legally driven on state roads.

Which trailer do you think is 8 foot 9 inches wide?
The Hymer is 81 inches wide (2100 mm) from the picture I posted above and the Australian trailer 79 inches wide (2000 MM) from the specs in the article about the trailer.
Not sure where you got your 8 foot 9 inches number????

That's GREAT as we now have another competitively priced choice in the fiberglass trailer market!!!!

Yes, but they are the Supersized American models
There are a few listed on RVTrader, but I think they are duplicates and there are really only 3 or 4. And it's also possible that they are shady dealers doing a bait-and-switch. Tell you they've got one in stock, but by the time you show up it has sold "but maybe we can find something else to work for you!"

Or you could buy one in Ontario and import it.
A few days ago, another poster walked through it and cited two issues:
- aisle is tight, narrower than the Escape aisle
- floor is too bouncy, not stiff enough
