My husband went out today to the hatchery in Decorah where the Eagle's nest is and brought us 5 trout for super. They released fish out of the hatchery the day before so it is easy to catch them. I used a recipe out of our state conservation magazine for stuffed trout in grape leaves. Had to sub cabbage leaves since our grave vine isn't leafed out and jarred grape leaves around here are nada.
This weekend turkey hunting and maybe taking the trailer out according to the weather.
