"5" of rain today....

And I started to get water coming in because it has rained for over a week. I had a little pump that normally handled what little water that normally may come in, but today's rain overpowered my pump as well as the entire state.
So I hooked up a portable pump but need hose to reach my drain........
went out to the Egg and got 2 sections of drain hose and I was in business.

Chalk up another victory for RVs! A shelter in a time of storm, with accessories to boot.

Except for out class A RV which was declared totaled yesterday by our insurance company after a 90 foot tree fell on it. The Scamp came through fine, though.

And I just heard from my wife that I won't make it to work on time due to road flooding. At least the house is on high ground.
