Trailer: Trillium 4500
Posts: 42
We brought home a beautiful Trillium 4500 and she's sitting in our driveway right now! I'm going to go out and just sit in her a while this morning and dream of our next camping trip. There's nothing to be done at all; it's very clean and well maintained (thank you Kathie and Larry). I do however need to pick a name, that's going to be hard but I will persevere!

I'll post some pictures when this rain stops.

Linda.

Congratulations!!

Glad you made it home safely... through the wind, rain and icky weather happening here in the Pacific NorthWET.

Looking forward to seeing pictures too!

Glad you made it home safely! I know she has a good home and will be a great camping companion.

Can't wait to hear the new name.

Aside from hitting rush-hour going through Seattle, (on a Saturday? OMG), the drive home wasn't too bad. And yes Booker, it was well worth it.

We sat in her this morning and had the neighbours over for coffee and tea. Felt like a kid playing house but it was very cozy. The rain has finally lessened enough to take a few pictures so here they are.

Isn't she cute?

That is a beauty trailer Linda - the 70's mag wheels are awesome. If only I could find a 4 sleeper 4500 in that condition and for anything near that price. Ah well, I will just keep looking.

That is a beauty.
Congratulations on finding such a trailer.
Hope that it serves you well for another 30 years [or more].

I'm sure you've seen the one in Tuscon? That was our "plan B" if this one didn't work out. I don't think it looks as nice as our's (of course now I'm biased), but it also looks fairly original and sleeps four. I figured a 5 day turn-around to go get her. Can you say road trip? I thought it would be fun and I've never been to Arizona.

Well this keeps getting better and better. I guess I didn't mention some of the upgrades a previous owner had done? Well, there is an electric on demand water pump, an on demand hot water dispenser in the bathroom vanity, a fan-tastic fan (that's not standard equipment is it?) and my husband just found trailer brakes! YES! We were going to put those on anyway. What a bonus!
I think it was Donna who said somethin like "When the right trailer comes along, you'll know it" Words of wisdom indeed!
