Advice on potential purchase

Have some pictures here of the underside of a 13 ft. Boler. Can anyone tell me if the box etc shown are typical or additions and purpose? Also how hard is it to get the door hinges in order to correct mis aligned door? I appreciate any help you gang give.

My 75 Boler has a water tank fixed to the underneath just like that.
