Alabama Tornado

We.ve been hit hard here in North Alabama with over 200 klilled and damage beyond belief,,Here's a few pictures the first is a photo of our Sur Save Pharmacy and the next one is the Piggly Wiggly that set next to it both less than 1/4 mile frrom my sons house.. Luckily him and his family was OK and nothing there was damaged..The other photo's were taken of the sub-division next to my sons house there unfortunely several people there were killed..

I grew up in the midwest and experienced the April 3rd 1974 outbreak, Tornadoes scare the s*** out of me more than anything else in the world. Glad you and yours are safe.

Glad you're safe. Saddened by the huge loss of life from these tornadoes. We moved to GA 5 years ago from OK and though we left them behind but we had to take cover too as the storm from AL came through our area and the sirens went off. Fortunately they were not as bad in GA, but I'm sad for those people in AL.

We had a tornado go over our house several years ago. Sounded just like the proverbial freight train. It drove a path through the subdivision at the top of the cliff next to our house but did not drop down on our house. It shook the h*** out of the house but the house stood. Dropped a huge pine in our backyard that just missed our son's room. Scary, scary, scary. I can't imagine what it was like for you.

i haven't ever experienced a tornado and don't want to. the devastation is incredible from this storm. so glad to hear your family is okay.
