Aldi Version of Clam on Sale Starting 6/24

For those looking for a lower cost version of the Clam, this is it! Aldi puts this on sale one week a year, miss it and you won't see it again until next June.

In years past people were buying one at Aldis for $99. I don't know if this one is bigger, or has the price just gone up. Anyway, like any of the Aldi seasonal stuff, its up for one week, two max, and then GONE.


Basically 11.5 ft by 10 ft, six sided. I do not own one (yet).

I bought one last year. Only used it a couple of times, but it seems well made and am happy with the purchase.

They don't seem to mention the size when packed. I love our 5 sided Clam, a very well built shelter. The only negative to it is the packed size, it is just over 6' long which can be a packing issue, especially with lots of gear on a long trip. I wish I had of bought the smaller 4 sided size, which though not as great for a picnic table, works fine for 4 people at a smaller table.
