It's like the trailer equivalent of a hiking sandal.

50% down payment required on a pricey little teardrop with tented pop-ups on either end. All hand-made, so good luck buying replacement parts. It's attractive looking and can be bought with big off-road tires, but other than that I don't see what makes this better than a Lee-sure Lite motorcycle trailer which costs far less.

Since I don't drive a Prius, I'm not interested. But I think it's interesting to see what new builders are coming up with. :

It's basically a tent on wheels for $10 grand. Lifetime makes something similar that can be found at Cabella and sometimes Costco for less than $3 grand.
I'm not sure how this is really much different from the big tent with air mattresses and Coleman camp kitchen that my parents used to take us car camping in the 1970s. There's no seating or kitchen inside so not really any different from a big tent.

I think it is very interesting, and very attractive. Cost is $10,000, but right now with the 25% off it is $7,500. You really don't get much for $7,500. I am sure they don't expect to sell a lot of them. It looks really classy and some people don't mind paying for something like that. It would be a real "conversation piece" when one was out with it. I give an A+ for innovation. The others units mentioned here as less expensive, well, one is a tent on a trailer and takes quite a bite to put up as I have watched the videos on it, and the Lee-sure lite is OK, but $5,200 before adding options.

"Reserve your unit" now, get it later. Sounds so Snoozy-esque.
Notice the graphics are drawings, not pictures of an actual unit. I like to see pictures of a unit in use, pulling it behind a car, whatever, something that does not look like marketing material. The "pictures" I have found so far look like a prototype.
$7500 will get a super nice Hunter Compact, with a kitchen and cabinets.

Limbo lower, now!
The etch-a-sketch drawing show an opened height of 7 feet. Handy if I want to open it in a low clearance garage.
What isn't so practical is the trailer's floor to 'ceiling' height of about 5' 8", and that's only at the ends of the raised roof, no way to walk one end to the other.
I (Jon) drive a Volt and I wouldn't consider this despite the low weight.

It's called "google", so there is at least one and they appear to have originated outside the country. More and more European trailers are coming to the US, and they are all lightweight. Also with "mom and pop" type businesses it is not unusual to ask for a substantial amount since they will be buying materials, etc. ahead of time, the majority ask for at least 50% upfront.

Before being critical of something, I like to have the facts. And, RVs are not "one size fits all", and ALL of them have shortfalls.
Just the very first part of the video is of the unit, but it shows it is more than a drawing. Obviously, any unit here, and it is understandable, unless molded fiberglass is frowned upon. Choices are still good in the real world.

Not really to my liking, too small of everything to work for us. For ten grand our Oliver looks cheaper everyday for what you get.

Typical/weak marketing video. Notice no personal items inside or outside the camper? Its not being used as a camper, it's a display.
Yes, I understand google.

If we learned anything from L'il Snoozy, we learned that $15000 is NOT a downpayment.
10% is way plenty and I would not even do that much.
In this case 50% would clearly leave them with a profit on the finished product without the second 50%.

As mentioned earlier, a lightweight tent on wheels. Keep you off the ground, I suppose. Doesn't float my boat but I'm not their target market.
The only thing that strikes me as amazing is that anybody would spend that kind of money on it, but again, not my cup of tea.

For that kind of money, you'd think they would assemble it for you. <_<
