Ok did a bit of a search and it looks like it may be a Quantum. Front window is a bit different but perhaps they made different models/sizes.

Part of it looks molded and then other parts look like there's a lot of seams... especially around the back end. Interesting none-the-less.

Basically it looks like a sticky with molded nose and roof caps. A step above conventional construction, but still fraught with the usual sticky issues.
