Best place to see different models

We ready to buy but we are not sure which model will best suit our needs. I would like to be able to see several choices in the same place so we can compare them. Is there a good place to go to see several different types of trailers in the same place? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Welcome.

The best way to see different models of moulded fibreglass trailers is to attend a rally. Many rallies have folks with various models from different manufacturers. If you click on Calendar in the top bar, you will see a schedule of different rallies. There are also lots of threads on these rallies in this sub-forum.

I would also recommend doing lots of searching on here as there is lots of discussions of the various trailers. Lots of good ones to choose from, a lot depending on individual needs.

What Jim said! The 2017 Rally Map (linked in one of the first threads in the Rallies sub-forum) helps you find the nearest.

Welcome, and best wishes in your search!

scamp and escape will give you a nearest owner in your area if you call them. Not sure if Casita offers this.

As mentioned, rallies are the best way to see lots of trailers. We've been to a couple of the Cassita rallies and are gong to another one this month. All fiberglass trailers are welcome regardless of brand. You get to see lots of modifications and tour different brands of trailers from the 1970s on up to brand new.

At the rally, you can learn about headroom, bed layouts, solar charging systems, cooking techniques and see how different tow vehicles are doing with trailers you might like. You'll see some you really like and meet some nice people while doing it.

We have an Oliver and people were stopping by wanting to see it. There was an "open house" period where you could just wander, meet people and see their rigs.

Then if you think you want a certain model, you can contact the factory to find local owners that will show theirs to you and you can learn about how the factory is to deal with and any problems they've had.
