Big news on Scamp's smallest trailer

Starting this past week, Scamp has started offering the 13standard with a 54" wide bed! This is accomplished with new upper and lower kitchen cupboards and converting the closet to a narrower "pantry".
the sink is also turned 90 degrees to accomplish the change.
For now, the offering is only on the 13.

I'd love to see photos of that interior. I'm not finding any on the Scamp website...

That's great news. I think the small bed in the Std. Scamps has cost them a lot of sales in the past. The sales of the std. 13 should really take off if they make it std. and don't offer it as a high price option. More and more people are buying cars that can only handle a 13 and Scamp is just about to be the only game in town for that market. I think you will be seeing a greater demand for 13's in the upcomming years.

yeah especially as the tow vehicles are getting wimpier and wimpier. I called scamp and they did this with the woody option and I asked the sales rep can I get that in the non deluxe version and he said it would be alot more expensive... good to see they are learning. 48" is narrow for a bed for 2 people... I love my queen size though lol
